Ensuring the perfect shape
When the shoots start gaining enough length to reach the wires of the trellising, we train them along these in order to ensure the perfect shape of each vine.
Canopy management
By doing this we guarantee an optimal canopy management that ensures ideal sun exposure to leaves, provides shade for the coming grape clusters and secures proper air circulation in the canopy to limit fungal diseases. A proper shoot training also makes it easier for us to work the plant later in the season.
