This wine is named after the mountain of Puig de Galatzió that forms part of the Sierra de Tramontana range. With its 1027 metres it’s one of the tallest mountains on Mallorca. It lies just behind the beautiful town of Estellencs.
Here, white grapes, especially the Malvasia grape, have always played a major role and we pay tribute by choosing this name for our unique white wine based on the other native grape, Giró Ros, and Chardonnay. The mountain faces the winery at an 265° angle.
