BiniVista Harvest Party 2026
The harvest has officially begun at BiniVista.
This year's vintage started with our Sauvignon Blanc, and over the coming weeks our cellar will gradually fill with freshly harvested grapes as the 2026 wines begin their journey from vineyard to bottle. Soon, the tanks will be bubbling away with fermentation, a magical time that reminds us why harvest is the most exciting season of the year.
And, as tradition now dictates, it's time to celebrate.

After the wonderful celebrations of previous years, we are delighted to invite you, your family and your friends to another unforgettable evening at the estate.
Between 17:00 and 23:00, you'll have the opportunity to experience harvest season from the inside while enjoying great food, excellent wine, music and the unique atmosphere that only this time of year can offer.
This year's highlights
Harvest Tour (17:30–18:15)
Join us for a guided tour of the winery and cellar, where we'll share this year's harvest progress and give you a behind-the-scenes look at the new vintage as fermentation gets underway.
Special Wine Tasting (18:45)
One of this year's most anticipated moments will be the presentation of our 2025 wines To and Mir.
For many years, our flagship wine 15 Tomir has been a favourite among BiniVista members. This year, however, it has evolved into two distinct wines, To and Mir. During the tasting, we'll explain the story behind this decision, the inspiration for their names, and, of course, taste all three wines together.
Dinner, Music & Celebration
As the sun sets over the vineyard, we'll enjoy dinner together before the evening continues with live entertainment, music and dancing under the Mallorcan sky.
