Processing of grapes
Harvest
We are currently well under way with the harvest, which this year started on 9th of August, and thus a week later than last year. These first 2 weeks we have already harvested approx. 50,000 kg. of grapes and we are very satisfied with the quality. We expect to harvest just under 80,000 kg. of grapes this year, and thus twice as many grapes as last year.
Processing of grapes
Once we have hand-harvested our grapes, the grapes arrive to the winery where they are processed. It is this processing process we would like to tell a little more in detail about, and which you can therefore read more about here:
