Sorting and pressing

After the grapes have rested in the cooling chamber we started this morning to sort the grapes. The quality was good.

When sorted the clusters of grapes are automatic destemed. I very important process to prevent unwanted taste flavors.

We very very excited because it was the first time we should use are new press from Bucher.

The juice is then pumped d then pumped to the steel tanks.

Left over is the skins and seeds.
