We hope that you all got off to a good start in the new year and can soon look forward to spring.

Down here on Mallorca, some days already feel like spring even though the calendar says WINTER in capital letters. Our plants are enjoying their winter hibernation and have drawn all the energy and sap down into the roots while we give their visible parts a thorough beauty treatment in the form of winter pruning to make them top ready for another season!
Bigger & better wine packages

As we have all surely and notably had to come to terms with, that inflation has made most things somewhat more expensive here in the last few years, and we feel that on the estate as well, with increased costs for materials, labor and even transport.

However, we do not want to "pass" these expenses on to you, our loyal members. So we have gone deep into the "thinking box" over several rounds to see how we could best solve this. After many talks and tastings of our wines over the winter, the very best solution presented itself quite naturally! 

For the past few years, we have not included our red wine 296° Teix in the normal package, both because Alaro came along and chose to let it take Teix's place, but also because until now Teix has been the wine we feel is most "local" in its style and taste, and perhaps best suited to be enjoyed on the island itself.
 
However, during the last tastings of both the previous vintages of Teix and during the blending of the 2024 version, we happily noted that Teix is ​​actually a rather delicious wine, and deserves its place in the range and thus also in the package! 

So from now on we will stop putting Teix in the corner and instead make it a solid part of the annual packages. This means that in future you will receive a total of 8 cases of wine annually, one more than before. 

We are going to raise the price by just €100 per year, so from now on it will cost €1100 per year to be a member, but we will give you 6 bottles of wine for this price increase! 

So inflation, come on! We will replace you with good wine! 
Delivery of the 2025 wine packages

As another piece of news of which we are sure you are already aware. We have decided to give our red wines a little longer time in barrel and bottle before sending them out to you in order for them to reach you ready to shine!

The 2023 vintage will now finally be sent out now in April together with the spring wines from vintage 2024.

You can choose to have both packages delivered at once, i.e. 8 cases of 6 bottles each, or to only have the spring wines delivered now and then the 2023 red wines in August.

However, they are now ready to be enjoyed after the extra months with us here on the island.
