A Successful Harvest Festival
Although the harvest is now behind us, we're still busy and time keeps flying by.
We had a wonderful harvest festival on 10 September, where many of our dear BiniVista Family members joined us — and that means a great deal to us, since the sense of community around BiniVista is such a core part of our values.

There were also quite a few new faces, which is always lovely, and it turned into a beautiful afternoon and evening. We gave an update on the vineyard and held a tasting comparing our regular Tomir with our two new wines, To and Mir — a pure Sauvignon Blanc and a pure Viognier, respectively.
You can still order both wines and try these truly exceptional bottles for yourself. Normally we blend the two grapes to make Tomir, since we feel that a pure Sauvignon Blanc can often taste too “green,” while a pure Viognier can become too aromatic/tropical and “flat” (lacking acidity). In 2025, though, both grapes showed only their best qualities, so we decided not to blend them and instead made two separate wines. That means you now have the chance to taste a “perfect” Sauvignon Blanc and a “perfect” Viognier.

You can order wine HERE, and you can also put together a case with 3 bottles of each wine. You can also order our brand-new SB-Ch, a special blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. This wine has become a real success at restaurants here on the island.

Busy Days at the Vineyard
As mentioned, things have quieted down a little in the fields and in the winery, but the vineyard itself is still buzzing with activity.
We continue to host many tastings and have big events almost every weekend. In September we held 2 large weddings - one of our German members, and one for the daughter of a dear Danish member.
So if you're considering holding a corporate event, birthday, wedding, or family celebration on the island, you're very welcome to use the vineyard. We can take care of everything — from wine and food to DJ and live music — and at a particularly good price for members.

Music Festival
On 10 October we're holding a music festival at the vineyard, and as a member you're of course invited. You can sign up sending an e-mail to info@binivista.com — it's free for members.
You can read more about the event HERE. If it's a success, we'll repeat it both in the spring and autumn next year.

Wine Festival in Palma
We're also taking part again this year in the major wine festival in Palma, Raim Wine Fest, held near the Cathedral on 24 October from 12:00 noon to midnight. So if you're on the island, stop by for a glass of wine — you'll also get the chance to taste wines from all over Mallorca.

Event in Denmark
Last year we had great success with an event where we presented our collaboration with our American winemaker Peter Work.
You can still buy the two wines we made together with Peter - and see our special offer HERE.
This year we've planned a similar event in Copenhagen, and the date is still not fixed put will likely be on 29/11. The full programme isn't set yet, but we will sent out the invitation soon. We will also have a similar event here at Mallorca.

Summer Is Winding Down
Autumn has arrived, though mostly in Northern Europe.
After a hot summer, temperatures here have dropped a bit, and this is actually the loveliest time of year on Mallorca — pleasant nights and just under 25 degrees during the day. Perfect weather for everything, not least exploring the island and, of course, cycling.
If you're on the island, feel free to drop us a line — we cycle 4-5 times a week with different groups, and you're welcome to join. Just keep in mind it isn't always a leisurely social ride; sometimes the pace is kept fast, so come ready to work.

Finca-BiniVista
As mentioned in our last newsletter, we've put our villas in the vineyards up for sale as shared/fractional ownership properties.
If you're on the island, you're welcome to come see for yourself what it's like to live right in the middle of the vineyards — you can read more about Finca-BiniVista HERE.

Christmas Bike Ride
We usually also hold our own Christmas bike ride, where we invite all the locals we cycle with throughout the year, and all BiniVista members are of course welcome too. The date will be announced as soon as it's confirmed.

So hopefully see you soon — whether in Denmark, at a wine tasting, visiting Finca-BiniVista, or out on the bike, it's up to you.
