We have built five luxury fincas right in the middle of the vineyards. We have decided to offer one of them as a shared property and have partnered with CASAL CO-LIVING for this purpose.
This partnership gives Nordic families the opportunity to become co-owners of Finca Binivista, a newly built luxury finca situated among the vineyards in the heart of Mallorca.
As a Binivista Family member, you naturally have priority access to becoming a co-owner.
CASAL CO-LIVING manages the co-ownership concept as well as the marketing and sale of the shares, while the connection to Binivista allows future owners to become part of the vineyard’s existing world of wine, gastronomy, and experiences in Mallorca.
A unique finca in the heart of Mallorca
The finca spans 474 m² and features four large bedrooms—each with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet—plus a fifth bathroom, a private swimming pool, a wine cellar, spacious terraces, and a private garden of approximately 2,000 m².
True ownership – a minimum of 28 days per year
Finca Binivista is offered through CASAL CO-LIVING as a premium co-ownership opportunity, structured via a Danish limited partnership (P/S).
The property is divided into 12 ownership shares; a 1/12 share grants a minimum of 28 days of usage per year, as well as a genuine ownership stake in the property.
The price for a 1/12 ownership share is DKK 3,200,000, including Spanish property tax, setup fees, and complete furnishing and interior design.
Monthly ownership costs amount to DKK 4,200 (excluding utilities and cleaning) and cover Spanish property tax, maintenance, administration, and management, as well as a BMW X1 available for the owners' use during their stays.
CASAL CO-LIVING handles the ongoing administration and operational aspects of the ownership.

The launch takes place in a Mallorcan real estate market that has seen significant price increases in recent years.
According to figures from Boligsiden , cited in Berlingske (main Danish newspaper) in August 2026, property prices on Mallorca have risen by more than 65% over the past five years.
