It has always been the intention that the winery should as much as possible provide a framework for activities for our members – not just tours and tastings and our own Easter and harvest festival, but also private events for you members. You are always welcome to inquire about events; both private and commercial.

Now all the 2024 red wines and 2025 rosé and white wines are bottled and ready to leave the island.
Of course, we have most Danish members, but since Mallorca is a very international island, we have members all over the world, but especially many from Germany and Sweden as well. We have therefore chosen to move our logistics centre from Denmark to Germany. This means that the wines are sent to Germany and from there forwarded to all of you. This provides somewhat more flexibility and has meant, among other things, that we have been able to put together a very special wine package this year that includes different vintages. You can look forward to it, and if everything goes as planned, then the wine packages should land in front of your door this month.
If you have not yet ordered, you can order all the 2026 wines here:

On 12/5 we will draw the winner of a week's stay in one of our luxury villas. The winner will be notified directly and if the winner is ok with that, then it will be published in the next newsletter who the lucky winner is.

Brief notes from everyday life
As mentioned, we have just finished 3 weeks of bottling, so now there is some peace in the wine cellar again. However, this does not mean that the winery is not busy as such. On one hand, we have a lot of visitors and events almost every day, and on the other, we are very busy in the vineyards, where we are still in the process of our summer or “green” pruning.
At this time of year, we move slowly through the vineyards, giving each vine our full attention. One of the most important tasks during the year is the summer pruning, where we remove double shoots that grow from the same point, as well as the shoots that are not needed. In this way, we help the vine to focus its energy. When several shoots grow out of the same place, they fight for space, light and nourishment. By selecting the strongest shoot, we promote a more balanced and harmonious growth. It is a delicate process. Every vine is different, and there are no hard and fast rules. Some plants are more powerful, others more restrained, and each decision is made by hand – one vine at a time. These small actions, which are carried out early in the season, gradually shape the structure of the plant. Ultimately, they have a direct impact on both the quality and quantity of the grapes we harvest later in the season.

Summer is coming
The weather has been a bit fickle here on the island, and after some good weeks with full sun, we have just had a week or so with clouds and rain, but now it looks like summer is coming and we are looking forward to it! No more rain now until after the harvest. Summer means that many tourists and guests come to the island and if you are planning to visit the island this year, you are always welcome. You can always request guided tours, and we are continuously planning new dates, but already set dates appear in our CALENDAR, and if those days do not fit, please write us an email.
Hope to meet many of you at the vineyard over the summer.

Spring greetings from the vineyard
