The harvest is well underway – a short update
This year we started the harvest on July 30h, when we harvested the part of our Pinot Noir that gives fruit and finesse to our beloved rosé wine "358° Massanella”.

After the grapes had cooled down overnight, they were carefully sorted and pressed slowly to take on exactly the beautiful pink color we love.

Since then, we have harvested all our green grapes - Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Viognier and Giro Ros. And last week we started harvesting some of our blue grapes – one of our Cabernet clones and Syrah and within 2 weeks we expect to be completely finished with this year's harvest.

So far, we have harvested 64.000 kg, and we are very satisfied with the quality this year.
The run-up to the harvest has been really good with slightly lower temperatures in July, but now the heat has come back to the island, so now the grapes ripen quickly, which means that the next 2 weeks will be really busy.
Winemakers-program
As you know, we have many different projects, and one of them is our Winemakers Program, where we invite talented and interesting winemakers down here at the winery to make a wine with us.
We have just bottled our first Winemakers-Wine, which is made by our good friend Peter Work from California. You will soon hear much more about this wine, or actually 2 different wines, but we can already reveal that we expect to launch the wines together with Peter in Denmark in December.
You will also hear more about the wine at our harvest festival on 20/9 – which you can still sign up for here: HARVEST PARTY
Here is 1 of new labels as a little "preview"

GUESSING COMPETITION
There is a bottle of wine for those of you who guess the story behind the label and send the answer to info@binivista.com before 1/9 -2025.
Winemakers 2025
We will also soon unveil this year's Winemakers, and as a teaser, it is 2 mega talented brothers originally from Denmark but like ourselves now living in Spain. Last week they were down here and selected the grapes they would like to work with and were themselves at the sorting table when we sorted the grapes and started the vinification.
You can look forward to that too.

Youth Program
Right from the start, we have had a Youth program, where we have young people primarily from Denmark, but also Sweden, Germany and the United States who help at the property. During the harvest, one of the regular tasks is to help sorting the grapes. This is not as hard as harvesting (so they are spared that) but does require quick hands, concentration and focus.
Currently, the Youth group consists of the 8 fantastic young people.

Thank you for your always great and committed efforts, and not least the good mood you help to spread.
Events and tastings
In addition to the harvest, we are as usual busy with many tastings and events at the winery. It is nice that you as members use the vineyard, and in September we will organize several members' round birthdays, silver weddings, company events and regular tours and tastings.
We think this is really nice, and you are always welcome to contact us about this. And of course, you are always welcome to just come visit – but if possible, let us know in advance so that you are sure that we are here.

Warme harvest-greetings
Biel, Lorena, Marie, Julia, Søren, Joan, Bibi
