Spring is slowly arriving in Mallorca. After a winter marked by rain and strong winds, the vineyards are gradually coming back to life and the landscape is beginning to change day by day. For us, this season always brings something special: fresh air, new ideas and the energy needed to begin a new year in the vineyard.
This year feels particularly meaningful. During the winter we planted two new hectares of vines, and the recent rain has been more than welcome to help these young vines begin their journey. Walking through the vineyards at this time of year, seeing the first signs of spring appearing between the rows of vines, is a reminder of why we do what we do.
A new way to experience our wines
Since launching our membership concept in 2021, we have had the pleasure of sharing our wines with a growing community. With every year that passes, we also learn more about how our wines evolve and how they can be enjoyed in different ways.
Over time we have discovered something quite special: while our wines are ready to drink when they are released, their character continues to develop beautifully with age. Each vintage tells its own story, and experiencing that evolution can be a journey in itself.
This season we would therefore like to invite our members and friends to experience our wines in a deeper and more thoughtful way, exploring how time shapes and transforms each bottle.
Throughout the spring and summer we will host a series of guided online tastings, where we will explore different vintages together and discuss how aromas, structure and expression evolve over time. These tastings are meant to be relaxed and engaging moments — an opportunity to enjoy wine together while getting closer to its origin.
The BiniVista Famly
Beyond the wines themselves, BiniVista has always been about family.
Over the coming months we will once again open our doors for visits, tastings and events at the winery. After the quieter rhythm of winter, we are very much looking forward to welcoming guests back to the estate walking through the vineyards, discovering the winery and sharing the story behind our wines.
One of the highlights of the season will be our Easter Party on April 3rd, where we will present this year’s Art Wine, together with the work of our guest artist Poppy Kalas. It will be an evening celebrating spring, art and wine in a truly special setting.

Living among the vineyards
Waking up surrounded by nature, walking through the vines in the early morning light, and enjoying a glass of wine at sunset overlooking the Mallorcan landscape — these are the moments that turn a visit into something truly memorable.
This spring we would like to share that experience with our community. Among those who participate in our seasonal activities, we will draw a one-week stay in one of our luxury vineyard villas, offering the chance to experience BiniVista in the most authentic way.

Everything suggests that 2026 will be another exciting year at BiniVista. Spring marks the beginning of a new cycle in the vineyard, but also the start of many experiences we look forward to sharing with you.
